As I explained in my mail to you these were from the charity "No Panic" and not No More Panic newsletters.

I would love to do a newsletter but it would take up quite a bit of time and work.

Yes please Nic i'd love some. I do a lot of reading especially anything I can get my hands on to dowith agoraphobia and anxiety.
