    First time poster

    Hi all,

    I am new to this site, I have been lurking for a few days, but decided to register. I am in my 30s now, but have had anxiety issues as far back as about 10 years old. I am currently going through a tough time with my anxiety where I am scared every day and feel nauseous 100% of the time. I suffer from IBS and I am emetephobic which doesn't help things!! Anyway, just desperate to get myself sorted out as I start a new full time job in Sept and I am terrified I will not be well enough.
