Anyone from Stamford (Lincs) area?

Hi, I have just registered today having experienced my first panic attack 4 weeks ago and had several more since. Is there anyone in the Lincs/Cambs/Rutland area inteterested in a get together to share their experiences with a view to helping each other?

i have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for the past 2 years. they are hard to deal with but you most remain positive and know that you are not ill and are perfectly healthy. it takes time to adjust but they will clear. it is down to a part of your brain becoming over heated , like a thermometer ready to explode. cognitive tratments can help shift these problems. bu thte charles lindum method maybe what you need. i havent tried it as yet but it has great reviews. remember you are one of millions who have had this experience. some of us take longer to regain normality!!
