From the thousands that have fully recovered we know that anxiety disorders are not a genetic sentence to life-long suffering. Research has shown that anxiety, panic and phobias are the result of a nervous system that is out of balance....and while this may be partially psychological it may also be from lack of knowledge on how to care for a sensitive or ill nervous system....or accumulated stress going back to childhood
A challenged nervous system can manifest as anxiety or hundreds of other troubling medical and mental symptoms or disorders...the root cause remains the same: a nervous system that has become sensitized and out of balance.
Only those who have suffered from a dysfunctional nervous system can fully know the dark places it can take you. We stand strongest when we stand with fellow travelers in this experience. We learn most from those earnestly seeking their own path and what they have discovered.
