Just read thread and feel in same boat ... was diagnosed with ibs as had bad BM for over 2 years now had flex sigmodoscopy last year full bloods and biopsys all came back normal ., i suffer bad with health anx not just BM only at xmas i was worried i had C in the mouth as had swollen gum , was so worried went to see out of ours dentist who said need to take x ray to see whats going on ... well as you can imagen i then spent the whole time convincing myself was something terrible .. turned out to be fractured tooth with infection .. all ok now , my concern now is that my clothes seem looser and iv lost weight ...so that now made my worry and that makes my ibs bad which makes me think iv got BC not IBS now ... what a state....so i do know how you feel ...
saw my gastrologist nov and still assured me was ibs , should i go back and tell him bout weight loss ?
i have stoped drinking since xmas could that have made me loose a bit ?
sorry for rant ,just worried .
