Lung exercisers- has any one tried them?

Hello, i saw one of these on tv a while ago. It's basically a work out for you lungs and increases your lung capacity and fitness. I suffer with my breathing a lot. It triggers most of my panic attacks and anxiety. I am a chest breather, so this is obviously the problem.
I've thought that a lung exerciser could or would help? Has any tried them? There are plenty out there, powerbreathe being one of the top ones but there are cheaper ones on ebay. I'm going to buy one and see how it goes, it can't hurt and no doubt will help me some way or another.
    Thanks adam X

    Hi hun,

I feel, that anything we do can help in our progress, BUT HUN, if you know you breath through your chest, do these lung exercise express how important it is to learn how to breath from your tummy? If you are not breathng right in the firts place and go full pelt into an excrcise routine, this may cause a problem? ( BUT, it may not) I don't want to scare you or stop you form getting these hun, but i feel if they don't address how to breath right, then you must learn this first. AND THEN, these excerses, WILL do you good

It is dame hard work learning to breath from your tummy, it takes along time for your mind to do this automaticly.

Here is a thread which may help with breathing right, it has links in too, to show you are not alone with this,

I wish you well with learning to breath right hun, it IS dame hard and takes time, BUT, you WILL get there in the end. When you try these powerbreathe exerciser or any other one, it would be nice if you can let us know how you got on.

    YOU TAKE CARE
