"anxiety or heart attack"

I wrote this poem....I usually feel like this while im having an attack! I hope everyone likes it. And maybe someone can relate!

Anxiety or heart attack,

runs through my mind,

Searching and looking but no answer can I find.

My body starts to ache, and my heart starts to race,

and the fear of it all shows red on my face.

The words " im scared " keeps running through my brain,

over and over neerly driving me insane.

"Calm down, Relax " I hear from my family,

I feel so worried, and they just don't understand me.

They try to help, and they try to care,

but the worry I feel is so hard to bare.

My heart beats wild and my chest gets tight,

and every desiese keeps me pacing with fright.

I keep feeling my pulse right now as I write,

and wondering why my chest is feeling so tight.

Heart attack or anxiety? still runs through my mind,

but with the help of God and others,

I know i'll be fine.
