I get palpitations if I suddenly stop the Beta Blocker - if you take it every day it's best to take it regularly at the same dose. Your post is really badly written and I'm not 100% sure I know what you're asking but hopefully that helps.

I hope I didn't offend you. Keep taking the Beta Blocker regularly if it's working. Unless your anxiety is getting worse, are you stressed out?
