Ive heard a lot of people talking about her book and how great it is, so i went out and bought it yesterday. "Self Help For Your Nerves". I havent been able to put it down yet as i feel like im reading about myself. If you havent already read it, i thoroughly recommend you buy it. Absolutely amazing!

yes, I can honestly say (why do ppl say honestly? as if they lie alot) that it was probably that book and exercise that helped me get much better.
