slimming world vs weight watchers

just wanting a bit of advice/feedback. i am thinking of starting weight**tchers or slimming world but dont know which one!!

i would be grateful for any feedback off anyone who had done either

hi mate i wouldnt know which is best but im sure both are similar, you could try one and see how u go but i know a few people who have gone to these groups and lost lots of weight. hugs to u matey xx

Hey Jennie,
Ive been using a site called weight loss resources. Google it. They give u a free 24 hour trial. Basically u log all ur details height age weight bla bla and then tell them the weight u want 2 achieve and they give u a calorie allowance and a realistic date you can achieve the weight. You log everything you eat. And you can eat whatever u like as long as you stay within your calorie allowance. So if u wana have a nice chinese at the weekend then u save up a few calories each day. Check it out. It works better for me becuase u dont have to eat rabbit food!!

I loved Weight watchers and found the diet really easy to follow.

However I joined Rosemary Conley classes as you get an aerobic workout as well included

So I did the WW diet and RC classes lol

my friend did the rosemary conley one actually and said it was great and like nic says u get exercise too.

Hi Jennie

Weight Watchers was the best for me I managed to loose loads of weight on their diet and it wasn't such an effort as the Slimming World one. I suppose it's just personal choice coz one may work better for one person and not the other. My Mum really lost loads with the Slimming World diet but I found that one very slow for me.

Hiya I did weight watchers and it did work I lost about 2 half stone .....unfortunately due 2 situations in my life i put it all back on boo hoo ...xx
