For those with social anxiety this is a good site,they have a very good notice board and i have been going to this group for years and they have special meets in London and social meets around the country.....

Hi Buffy,

I have suffered SA all my life and maneged to blod along.
Last June I suffered PA and high anxiaty and arrived at this wonderful site. Because of my SA I find it very hard to post for myself and to reply to others. This site is true to its name because I have NoMorePanic.
Now its time to tackle the SA.
