I am currently reading a new book called 'Beating Stress Anxiety and Depression, Groundbreaking Ways to Feel Better' by Jane Plant and Janet Stephenson.
I am only part way through it so far but am finding it facinating, the authors themselves have suffered depression themselves, and it talks about the brain and why we suffer attacks of panic etc.. some of it is very medical but I am finding it very interesting. When I finish it I am going to write about it on the main part of the site. But if we dont have it I think it should be in our bookshop.
When I went to order it from Amazon when it came out it was sold out. I had to get it from another bookseller.

Received my four books yesterday, they are excellent, easy to read, good ideas and easy to follow step by step help.

Glad people liked them as much as I did.

I wonder whether to do a monthly book review corner cos I read masses of books connected with emotional health (always been a bookworm) - whether it be from the physical point of view or the mental point of view and I've come across some corkers recently.

I am making this topic active again as I was going to order some more today and they are now double the price!!!! A 100% increase in price.

They are still excellent value for money though and well worth a read.
