hi everyone. im not sure where else to post this so forgive me if i put it in the wrong spot.
one thing that gives me a lot of anxiety is my reactive blood sugar. im not diabetic but i have very sensative blood sugar. i dont eat a lot of carbohydrates as my blood sugar drops very suddenly when they are all used up. im wondering if anyone has any tips, ideas or even great recipes for eating and dealing with low blood sugar.
