    Yoga

    Hello Everyone

I just wanted to post a thread but I am not sure if this goes in this forum but here goes anyways.

I started Yoga class last night and it was brilliant it left me feeling relaxed and I feel alot more in touch with how my body feels which may sound strange after only one class but I really do I also slept really well too and felt refreshed this morning. I feel like I am doing something practical to help with my anxiety and that alone is helping me feel better. I just wanted to post this incase anyone is toying with the idea of going because I would recomend it I know I have a long way to go before I am putting me legs over my head ha ha but seriously anyone thinking about going all I can say is give it ago.

Take Care and if anyone wants to get in touch feel free to msn or email me

    Love Becky xxxx

Thanks for that, I've been toying with the idea of going to a class, but put off by how expensive it is. I got a book to try to do it at home, but it's hard to keep these things up. What type of yoga was it?

    Hi Becky

Glad you enjoyed it, I started back in February and i LOVE it.

I even do some breathing techniques when I'm out walking if I'm
    feeling a bit cranky, lol.

Go for it nettles, I would pay the £5.00 I pay for an hour just for
the last 10/15 minutes wind down... It is lovelly.

I do hatha yoga, it is quite low key.

    Good luck.

I've been practising yoga for over 4 years now and couldnt agree more - its a smashing way to ease tension out of muscles and relax you.
