Anyone else on 60mg?

I have just been to my GP and she has increased my dose from 40mg to 60mg as my panic has increased over the last month or so. She has also said that if I dont improve with 60 in 2 wks time then she will introduce Beta blockers.

I always thought 60mg was very high and will it increase my side effects?

My doctor has told me he has patients on 60mg and they feel great. It is the highest dose you can have as you say. I posted elsewhere I am on 20mg with Diazepam and feel dreadful so everyone takes to the med differently. I was given propanolol (beta blocker) a few years ago and it didn't help me either, in fact when I stopped I developed ectopic beats or so I feel, but they do help others I know.
