I know you don't like a fuss mate but TOUGH!
Nic has been quite poorly recently with some health issues and now on top of that, she has a bowel infaction that is causing her so much pain and discomfort. Although she did go to the doctors with this, it went undiagnosed for a week, during that time, she was in agony!!
Nic take time to get better lass, rest as much as possible let others look after you for a change!!
