Its my 24th birthday tomorrow (21st of september) and all my friends are taking me out to cardiff tonight to celebrate. Am very nervous. I can't drink anymore because I get panic attacks the day after. I also am more nervous than useal because its me in the spotlight so all the attention will be on me tonight!! I am already doing the 'what if' thing in my head now so its not making me feel very good.
I dont feel so bad on a normal night out because I can duck out without much attention if I want. Also this is the first night I am going out on the town with my girlfriend. I feel nervous when she is around as again, its me on the spotlight so I feel like I have someone constantly watching me! Not nice.
I guess we will be leaving the house in a mo. Hopefully they will be too drunk to notice if I duck out early! As long as they quit trying to force me drinks!!
