Hi everyone

Thanks for the lovely messages. Alex printed them off and brought them in for me.

I have been allowed to go outside today in the sun for 10 minsand it was a welcome feeling and sight !

Feeling very drugged up - which i am - and very very fed up at the moment. I am sure its a conspiracy to keep me in here and off NMP so I get a rest.

Won't say much as I wrote this by hand and Alex can post it for me.

Don't worry "I'll be back".

Thanks to the admins and chat mods for the extra work whilst we are two admins down and sorry I can't make the quiz tonight.

awww really really pleased to hear u are ok and getting better, we all miss u and r thinking of you, and whilst u r laying there bored out your brains like i would be haha u can think of loads of new ideas and have lots of visions for when u get out.

i know u prob hate it in there and like u say fed up but let everyone look after u and then when u back home and feeling better u can be boss again haha. hugs to u matey xxxxx
