    Propranolol and nausea/stomach pain

    I've had propranolol for quite a few years now but only recently I've noticed that it's giving me stomach pains and this morning I was sick after taking it. Can your body change the way it reacts to a certain medication? I also seem to be more tearful when I've had it.
