head sensations

Hi All
Ihave been suffering from anxiety due to 3 miscarriages, one resulting been ectopic, had to have tube removed. Since then i have had awful anxiety, heartflutters, worrying about my health, if i have a headache or feel unwell, worry it could be serious, i have been for all tests in including, ecg, thyroid anemia, found nothing.
For the last couple of days, i have had these funny head sensations, not in the day, its when i try to go to sleep, i jump alot in my body, but have noticed i am getting it in my head, i cannot pinpoint it, as i drift off it wakes me with a jump, doesn't happen everynight.
Today my head feels fuzzy, but i am recovering from a cold.

Any advice would be grateful.

i know how you feel i have a permanent fuzzy head, it is all anxiety hun the more you think about it the worse it feels try some relaxation before you go to sleep breath in for 7 and out for 11 picture yourself in a lovely place and listen to your breathing works for me i usally fall asleep after 10 mins now xx
