Hello All

Its been a while since I have been on this site due to doing OK. The only symptom that has not reduced since my anxiety started is the sensitivity I feel to all aches pains, bumps, lumps. It is hard to decide which aches,pains etc I should worry about rationally. The problem is that as I start to concern myself with a ache or pain or lump I start to feel anxiety symptoms like dizziness or a tightness in my head or chest which then ampliflies the feeling of dread. I would love to find a way to turn down the volume of my bodily symptoms.

Any advice?
