    It sort of depends on how long the panic situation lasts. I generally feel somewhat better after the panic peak, rather than in it, but it can be stressful if too often.

    I may have to take a break for 20 minute and just get off of everything. I may read something or play the radio low.

    I have to say that I thought i was imagining the fact that after every panic attack I want to sleep, but I suppose it make sense. When I get anxious and start to panic I start to feel like something is pressing down on my chest like there isnt enough room for my lungs to fill up which results in me taking lots of short sharp breaths and I feel like Im talking too fast for myself if it happens when I'm talking to ppl etc. I suppose its little wonder that we feel so tired after seeing as our bodies are going through a hell of a lot of energy at those times....

    hi yes i feel awful drained the next day very tired cabt do anything i do feel for u i had one last night recovering today feel awful tired drained.
