Hi, a new fear just hit me today, and I'm having a hard time coping. Sometimes I get depersonalization, and all the regualar symptoms that go with that, but now for some reasong im fearing i have a persoanlity disorder :S becuase someimtes i dont really know who i am or where ive been (depersonalization) and that feeling hits me at the same time as the adrenline rush and the anxiety. I only really feel liek this when im angsty, and its not a feelign that follows me constantly...so now im wondering...what if it isnt depersonalization and i have a personality disorder :S im so worried...is it something you can get over? and what is a P.D exactly?
