    Shaking

    I shaking classed as a symptom? I don't know.......

I shake when I have a PA, my hands are shaky, its like nerves or nervy is the only way I can explain it.
Sometimes people notice, my OH will say 'You're a bit shaky aren't you?'

Does any one else get this?
I am worried it could be a sign of Parkinsons in later life, my Nan has it

    Re: Shaking

Shaking hands are the worst aspect of my panic attacks but it doesn't last long so I try not to let it bother me-it will soon pass and it always does then I enjoy the stillness and calm when it's paased

I agree it passes. Another bad part of anxiety and panic.
