podcasts on mental health

i caught radios 4's women's hour, (yes i know i'm old), but it had some really good info on mental illness so i looked at the podcasts and there under health were some interesting discussions, phone ins and most important to me a family talking how mental illness had effected them.

after finding this we all sat down and listened, to try to get some understanding of all the families perspectives of the illness.

sorry i cant do the link stuff, but if u google, you should find it easily, or some bright spark will probably add it in a post

Thanks for posting about this - have found them really interesting to listen to.

It's also reminded me that I want to buy a radio for home to keep me company and that I like listening to Radio 4 sometimes
