Can anyone on meds tell me when they start to work is it an up and down experience. I'm 3 weeks in on 30mg seroxat and I'm having really good days and really bad ones. Does it eventually steady down?
Looking for reassurrance here

joy,
is this your 1st time on seroxat?
when i first took it i didnt even know it was in my system-it was only when i "tested" myself in social things that i realised i didnt get the anticapatory anxiety i was always used to,i became more outgoing and went to many pub meets and had a great time! that was back in 2000 i was on em 3.5 years-i just kinda stopped taking em gradually i thought i could cope without.
have relapsed back into old sa ways and retried them and had terrible side effects-so yes give em time and expect good days/bad days till they adjust,5 weeks thou would be enough time i would think to know if they are right for you.
good luck
pete
