I hate having to eat in public- dont know where it stemed from as used to go out to restaurants all the time- since panic/ anx though i havent
Well ive been back at work for about a month on phrased return and dreading doing full shifts coz i would need to eat a meal (i do ten n half hours)
Today and yesterday i ahve managed to eat my lunch and dinner in work- i know this might be silly to some but for me i feel like its such a big achievement- i did get a bit panicky after eating today but am doing my breathing techniques
