    roller coaster feeling

i have been on cymbalta now for four months and my anxiety is soo much better-i really feel like i have it under control but every day for a few hours a day i feel sick like i just got of a horrible roller coaster (it is a really miserable feeling). i am not sure if this is still underlying anxiety or medication. docs are not finding anything else wrong. for a couple days i thought it was getting better by eating protein every few hours but it is back!!
any thoughts or similiar experience like this?? i am also on ativan 0.5 daily.
