Citalopram round 2

Hello
After a bad experience on Citalopram last week ive decided to give it another go. I did take 20mg but was advised to drop it to 10mg for a week to get my body used to the medication.
Been on it for 2 days now, no nausea or a feeling of being over-sedated but I do have a cold feeling in my upper chest and my brain feels Swiss cheesed. Apart from that, I don’t feel so bad

I have sertraline anti deps and found i felt a bit fuzzy headed at first but then after a week or so was fine
