i did it + no panic
i went to blackpool and it was ammazzing just what i needed we had such a laugh..stayed there till late so im knackerd today and anxiety trying to creep in..but it was worth it..i actually felt normal for a few hours...on the way there i did get a little anxious but it passed and the rest of the day was great..i put the pics on facebook so all that have my facebook have a look..thanks for all the comments on my other post too.xx
