Hoping to meet a fellow sufferer in or near Chelmsford, Essex

I am 40 years (young lol) and a single working mother of a 7 year old boy. I have been suffering from severe anxiety attacks since January of this year.

I have travelled around England so have found that I haven't made long term friends that stick (although I have mates whom I work with, it's just not the same). My family don't really seem to understand and rarely call to see if I'm ok(this could be because I've always been known as the strong one) so I feel all alone.

I'd love to meet fellow sufferers in order that we can support eachother, or find a support group in Essex.

Can anyone help.

Mothers/Fathers with kids a bonus but of course no way a necessity.

Hope someone can help/have some ideas?
