Hiya peeps...well I decided to join after reading lots of posts, Thought maybe it might help me with my anxiety & recent elevated depression after my mums death in April. Although i have suffered with high anxiety most of my adult life its only the last 4 years or so that it has become a major problem. Anyway nice to meet you all, im sharon by the way (shaz for short)
