15mg Zispin and Anger!

This is me the last two days so three days into the tablets. I'm actually concerned about the rage. Ive suffered anger before my periods before (not due at the moment) and so I'm familiar with outbursts but at least I know I'm irritable. This comes completely out if the blue with no warning, I'm just snapping and saying horrible things without thinking. Not sure I want much more of this :/

It goes away mummy. I take evening primrose, vitamin b6 to help and it does. I was so cross about everything in first month of tablets x

It's not just cross though, its getting to the point earlier where I wanted to lash out at one of the kids. I don't want it to push me that way.

It does get better though, I was the same.

I've got no one to intervene though. I can't step away if I'm feeling cross and hand them over to someone else: they're not even doing anything bad. Intrusive thoughts I suppose they are. I've never had these before.

I didn't get intrusive thoughts just almost bubbling rage inside. My husbands breathing would even annoy me lol It doesn't sound like you're very impressed by mirtazapine at all, so I guess it's up to you what you do. I can only say that the rage does calm down and like I said I take vitamins for irritability and hormones and found it helped quite a bit xx

I'm just frustrated. I know the SE are not on a level like the ssri. I just don't know what to do that's all. Because I expected these to help me sleep, my main reason for wanting to go on them and its failed miserably there.
The rage is just another nail in the coffin.
I'm just starting to come round now at almost 5pm. It's like living a different life most of the day!
