Very scared

For the past few days i have found my heart to b racing sometimes over 100. My doctor has said in anxious has anyone else had this?

I have felt anxious the last couple of weeks hun and my pulse as been over 100 at times, it was 115 yesterday. Try and relax and take some deep breaths.

Hiya,

this is how my anxiety started...heart suddenly went into overdrive,approx 130-180bpm,which of course scared the living daylights out of me and made me panic even more,vicious circle.

i get this occasionally now.

yep during a PA once mine reached 220 !!! its only what athletes TRY to get their heart rate too
