Hi everyone. I'm a 22 year old girl from Sweden who've suffered with severe panic anxiety for 10 years now
I decided to sign up because my panic attacks were always mentally related. But waking up this morning (after having panic anxiety not breaking out into a full-fledged panic attack all day yesterday) I felt a burning sensation in the left side of my chest. It's the first time, I think, that I've ever experienced a "painful" (more like burning, or stinging) anxiety. The burning comes and goes, and was probably worse this morning
Anyone who can relate?

hi i can relate to the fact that anxiety is physical as well as mental, i can relate to the length of time youve had anxiety probs and i can relate to the fact that you pay close attention to symptoms and thoughts! i think everyone on here will relate to you too
