Is it OK to post some guides & reviews?
Hi. In trying to get to grips with my anxiety (etc) over the past few weeks - after getting some short group CBT help - I have been gathering online information and info specific to my local area and looking at books. That's because I've concluded that for the most part self-help is likely to be the only (or best) help I get.
The thing is I feel more motivated with this if it might help others as well as myself. I can treat it more like work and I was always good at that. Its real life gives me problems. So would it be ok to post some summaries/guides? Which forums would be best?
Likely docs at the moment would be:
Useful Websites (links to information)
Useful Illness Guides (not to run down your own)
Support Available in South Essex (not that much though!)
Reviews/Guides to the books as I plow through them.
What do you think?
