Anybody have the tight pressure feeling where there breastbone (where bra lies) & into there back?? I feel like my bra is too tight....Is this GERD

I had this bad tonight & it caused a panic attack...vile

Any good cures or aids on how to get rid of it???

It sounds to me like it could be. I had pains in my back and a feeling that something was stuck in my chest when I had it a few weeks ago. The doctor put me on omeprazole tablets that worked very well.
