throat problem

I was wondering if anybody could help me with a problem im having, my throat feels tight like its closing up and also it twitches wich drives me mad, and sometimes when i take a deep breath i feel like its sticking can any 1 relate?

I can relate to that Miss Worrier. It often happens to me when a panic attack is coming on. My throat gets so tight my mouth goes dry and it's like I just can't produce any siliva and feel like I'm choking.
