bought the linden method first, load of rubbish. claire weeks books are a bit of a read but well worth it, i dip into them now and again to re focus myself

I felt that her books spoke to me a way no others have done before. she isn't patronising either which you can find from some other books in the self help genre. Her methods are older than I am and they seem to have echoed through all of the other self help books written since they were first published.

The best thing I ever did was to buy her book. I can't believe how much it spoke to me. Everything I ever felt was there! It makes so much sense and her solutions for overcoming all your problems are so simple. You just have to practise what she says. There is really no need to spend lots of money on any other book. As far as I'm concerned this is it!!

I think Claire Weekes is brilliant. I have all 5 of her books and the downloads too. Considering she wrote most of her books back in the 70's she was way ahead of her time regarding anxiety treatments.

The fact that her books were written decades ago and are still being read and recommneded speaks volumes. It tells how good they are and also that noone else has moved her ideas any further forward.
I would recommend them to everyone.

I have self help and essential help.. I think Ive only flicked through the later and found the other not too helpful tbh. Im not sure why!
I found CBT books more helpful..
..I think the Claire weekes books were perhaps too long for me to read as I struggle with concentration and getting things to sink in.
But a friend has just bought her books and said they helped so Ive been meaning to go back to mine and have a look.. perhaps theyll be more relevant to me now Im worse and suffering with nervous exhaustion!?!
