Hello. I'm new here. I'm 30 years old and have two daughters, ages 5 and 3. I was hoping to get your thoughts on my General Anxiety/Health Anxiety. My husband was diagnosed with Panic Disorder 2 years ago. After watching him go through this, I developed General Anxiety/Health Anxiety and I have occasional panic attacks. My husband and I seem to "feed" off of each other. If one of us is having a good day and the other one isn't, eventually both of us end up having a bad day! Do you think that this has happened to me because of watching my husband go through this? I've always been a strong person - able to handle anything that is thrown at me. Now I'm constantly worried and I have more symptoms than I can handle. I've read before that sometimes anxiety is a learned behavior, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you!
