URGENT- PLEASE help!

Hi,

I was just laying in bed trying to go to sleep and I had this big wave of hot tingles/prickles go through my head and shoulders. It lasted only a few minutes. When I moved around to distract myself it kind of stopped, then when I lay still again it returned. I sat up on the side of the bed for a few minutes and I went back to normal.

Do you think this could have been panic? I am so so scared right now!

EDIT: Just thought I would add that I haven't been overly anxious/panicky lately so this has come out of the blue for me!

Hi Samantha
I get this symptom, very often before an attack is about to start. What were you thinking about at the time? I usually find a negative thought of some kind starts it.
