hey guys I suffer from major attacks (mostly at night)
when im feeling this way I find I need air. It does help a bit and helps clear the head. Doesnt stop the heartbeats but the fresh-air does make you feel good. Its especially good at night because its really cold outside and the air is nice for the head
Another thing I found was that sunshine is great too. I had an attack today and went to ly down on the trampoline. It was sunny and the sunshine went on my face. It made me feel a little bit better. I still felt bad but it helped
So is drinking water and putting cold water on the chest and face.
I know at the time it wont feel like its helping. But believe me it does make a difference and calms you down at least a little bit
