    racing heart, adrenaline buzzing around and everything associated with that, like sickness, upset stomach, feeling like i'm on the verge of a panic attack constantly! urgh.

    Mine's nausea but it wasn't there - I also suffer IBS symptoms though and HATE them.. and I hate the shortness of breath.

    Mine is the feeling that im about to pass out its so scary and my biggest fear.it nearly happend to me at work 4 year ago and i paniciked and thats whats started the change of me and my life

    I get depersonalization and derealization pretty much 24/7 if anyone has it and can help me out or chat, add me or message me, im 16 years old Xx
