You haven't got heart arrhythmias on the list, but that's my worse symptom by miles!

Nausea/vomiting, losing bowel control are the PITS for me!

Mine is palpitations. They are my most hated symptom!

I ticked IBS but add to that
And they tell me it is all in my head
- fear of dying - right now of fear (not the death that comes naturaly)
- fear of fainting
- constant giddiness
- fatigue
- constantly out of breath
- nausea
- joint and muscle aches and pains
don't think about your pains they will go away with your anxiety
How can I believe that when I hurt????

Breathlessness and feeling dizzy
I had to sit down last night cause I was hyperventilating and thought I was going to pass out. I do feel dizzy a lot.

mine is IBS
it controls my life
i hate it so so so so so so so so so so much (and thats a lot )
next step am thinking of trying hypnotherapy to get postivie thoughts as am sure its my sub conscious that triggers IBS
