Ear Rash!!!!

I know this is abs pathetic, but I have just noticed a pinprick rash on the bottom of one of my ears, it's not a mark or a scab or anything like that, it is an actual rash, I have no idea where it came from or what it is, and I feel so stupid worrying about it, but I can't help it. Any advice for this silly silly woman!!!!!

pehaps its justa heat rash or irratation from something that may of come into contact with your ear?
i doubt its anything serious so please dont worry too much x
