Rescue remedie!

I have been using Rescue Remedy for years now! I always keep a bottle in my bag - I can recommend it. It's a bit expensive but well worth it!! It might be mind over matter - but it works!

What is Rescue Remedy??

It's a Blend Of Flower Extracts Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethleham, Cherry Plum all in a Grape alcohol solution. It's really does work wonders.

P.S. You can buy it from most Chemists and Supermarkets the Drops are Better I find.

i love this stuff! they used to give it to us as kids at school in the first aid room, and i used it before exams....

i now buy the rescue remedy sleep aid..i have about 8 to 16 drops a night and that combined with a good sudoku or other puzzle. im out like a light within mins...also great if i wake at night...helps to get back to sleep again....great stuff..of course wont work for full blown panic attack...thats when you might need to bring out the big guns.....but general anxiety, the mind i get every night.....great great great!

I love it also! if i have panic attack i take this and carry on taking it then one day i realise i havent took for ages,meaning im getting better! Im using it lots at moment as due to give birth 2nd time round, and i have had pastilles, love them xx

Rescue remedy is definitely a quick help for those panic moments. Never be without out it I say. Never knew you could get a night one as i have never seen it before, but i must say i shall be purchasing it now !! x

Hi,

It really sounds like something that I would like to try. I live in Montreal, Canada, need to do research to see if its available here. I wanted to know if any of you take it along with anti depressants such as Paxil, is it safe?
