I too am having this problem. My brain relates anxiety to food and i dont know how to break the cycle. It started after a choking experience. Now everytime i come to eat or think of eating my belly goes over and i feel anxious my brain just connects the two.i rarely even think about choking now even though this is how this all stated now i just fear the fear everytime i come to eat if that makes sense. Any ideas or tips how to stop this would be so greatly appreciated. Xx
