Depersonalisation

Hi, can anyone explain to me exactly what Depersonalisation feels like, as I hear everyone mentioning this symptom, and I have had every other symptom except for this one, I think!!!

Hi there, I have left you the link to DP at the anxietynomore website. I have had problems with this for 2.5 years. For me it feels like I am not really there and seeing everything from a distance, as if I was in a dream state all the time or spaced out with drugs. It can range from mild to intense and I have had it both ways and everything in bewtween!!
