Just had a big panic attack.

I was just sat in bed when I got a feeling of dp/dr and it frightened me so much I had a big panic attack. I have calmed down a bit now but am still feeling the dp/dr. Just need someone to talk to . I took a couple of propranolol but they haven't worked.

I was the same as you earlier today, and the dp has been lingering ever since, its awful isn't it ...I normally come on here and have a chat in the chatroom to take my mind off it, why don't you pop in and have a chat it may help

Hi - hope you are feeling better. Just take it easy, pop into chat as Orange crush suggests. Get yourself a nice warm drink and a biccie then perhaps a gentle walk round the street ( I find I often leave with anxiety levels through the roof out but return feeling more calmer and more focused).
