A few folks that I'm friendly with from other anxiety and panic related sites suggested I pop in to have a look around here.
I'm a 42 year old man from New York that had dealt with panic attacks, anxiety, depression and agoraphobia on and off for the last 23 years. It hasn't been a solid 23 years of torture, but there have been three periods including the present during which I've really struggled with this stuff.
Looks like a friendly place here, so I'm glad I stopped in. :-)
